Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all purchases from Frovara are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Finding the item elsewhere at a different price
  • Normal differences in colour caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@frovara.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Approved claims will normally be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.

A refund may be provided when a replacement is unavailable, when we determine that a refund is the appropriate resolution, or when required by applicable law.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist with reviewing available tracking information.

Cancellations

Orders are submitted for processing quickly. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@frovara.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send products back to the address shown on the shipping package.

Returns sent without written authorization and specific return instructions from Frovara will not be accepted or refunded.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
