Shipping destinations

Frovara currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is typically 5–11 days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons, or the destination address. Frovara cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping is included on all United States orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact support@frovara.com immediately after ordering if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Frovara is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@frovara.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping provider. Packages confirmed as lost may qualify for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Packages marked as delivered

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbours.
  3. Contact the carrier.
  4. Contact us if the package still cannot be found.
